A home inspection can be just as beneficial for home sellers as for buyers. During a Pre-Listing Inspection, we help sellers understand their home’s condition so they can make desired repairs and disclose information honestly to potential buyers.

Before the final walk-through with the builder, a newly constructed home should be inspected to ensure that it is move-in ready. During the New Construction Inspection, we search for any defects in construction, including those that can often go overlooked.

Mold testing/assessments

When most of us think of mold inside a home, we typically expect it to be clearly visible—but that’s not always the case. Mold can develop in areas of the home that are out of sight, hidden within the walls or ceiling. This inspection service will thoroughly assess a property for mold, using a moisture meter when necessary to identify suspect areas that could be concealing mold growth.

11 Month Warranty Inspection

If you’ve not yet owned your new home for a year, then there’s a good chance it’s still protected by the builder’s original warranty. We recommend scheduling this inspection service before the warranty period reaches expiration so that you can avoid paying for repairs out of pocket in the event that we discover issues that are covered under your home’s warranty agreement.

It is important to have a home’s water tested for use or consumption. During our Water Testing services, we check a home’s water for harmful bacteria, lead, or other contaminants that should be removed.

FAA Certified Drone Inspections

FAA Certified Drone Inspections

We're licensed (FAA 107 UAS) to operate remote-controlled drones, allowing us to get a better look at certain hard-to-reach areas of your home, particularly the roof. Using an aerial vehicle with a camera gives us a much better view than with a ladder, and from multiple angles. All while keeping your roof safe from any accidental damage.
